Custom Map Wall Map of Mexico

Project: Design a Map of Mexico; commissioned map of Mexico including states, capitals, magical cities, major lakes, major rivers, major mountain ranges, deserts, National Parks, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and surrounding oceanography. 

We will also include mountain elevation (semi-transparent) to visualize the terrain.

We will research and share the list of Pueblo Magicos and UNESCO sites with Rose who will assist in identifying and prioritizing which sites should be labeled.  

The geographical data will be integrated and arranged to display as much referencing and labeling as possible.  There will be a blend of balancing out the geography with the labeling to ensure that the unique geography of Mexico is represented beautifully. 

Map Style: Similar color design as the Humboldt World Map

Map Size: 72"x48" includes hanging hardware and ready to hang

Format:  Canvas Wrap Map with structural supports and Gatorfoam backing

Price for the Canvas Wap and Commissioned Map of Mexico:  $1,400

Down Payment: $700 (remaining 50% of $700 total) to finalize production.  The initial $700 is non-taxable for GIS Cartographic Services.  The 2nd payment is for a physical product (the production) of the Canvas Wrap is taxable.

Design time: 5 to 10 business days 

Production time: within 5 business days after final approval of map design

The map will be available for pick-up in our studio, located in Pleasanton, CA.

Extra Frame Option:  The Canvas Wrap Map can be hung on the wall so it is frameless.  However, a frame can be added as an extra item.  The frame coordination will be coordinated during the week as an option.  We will keep you well informed on the extra costs.  The frames are made by a professional frame company in Stockton. 

The frame costs are unknown at this time. For a rough estimate, it should be in the range of $300 to $450 due to the size, logistics, and craftsmanship needed for a piece this large.
