GeoJango's Refund, Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

Returns

Each map is individually made for you by our small business, but we understand that things happen, and are here to help you. Maps that are returned and arrive to us in new condition, free of damage or pin marks, may be eligible for a full refund. Maps with some usage may be returned for a partial refund based on what materials can be recycled from the product, determined after we have the opportunity to inspect it.

A request for return and refund must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. The request must be emailed to: support @ geojango.com with your order number and name. We will send you information on how to return the product. You will need to cover the cost for shipping the product back to our shop, which may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

Any order may be eligible for a full refund prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to help you get started immediately, but the order will need to go through the full returns process above.

Damaged Products

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or arrives defective, we will cover the cost for a new map and shipping. We will require photos of the damaged product and damaged box showing the shipping label.

Please include the photos, your name and order number in your message. Returns For Standard Maps (with no customization): If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or it is no longer wanted: It is the customer's responsibility to cover all shipping costs back to GeoJango. Please contact us before returning or shipping any product so we can assist in coordinating: support@geojango.com
