Each map is individually made for you by our small business. A request for return and refund must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. The request must be emailed to: support @ geojango.com with your order number, name, and reason. We will send you information on how to re-package the product. You will need to cover the cost for shipping the product both to and from your location which may be deducted from the refund.
There is a tremendous investment in producing each order and shipping costs are also a major factor.
