GeoJango's Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Returns

Each map is individually made for you. There is a tremendous investment in producing each order and shipping costs are also a major factor. We are unable to resell any map that has been shipped out (fingerprints and our guarantee it is 100% made just for each individual). Therefore, only unopened products in the original packaging can be returned. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to help us cover the original shipping and labor involved.

If for any reason you are not happy with your map or if there is any damage, please contact us. We are here to help!

 

Return Shipping

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, we will cover the cost for a new map and shipping. Please send us photos of the damaged product and damaged box showing the shipping label.

Please include the photos, your name and order number in your message.

Returns For Standard Maps (with no customization): If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or it is no longer wanted: It is the customer's responsibility to cover all shipping costs back to GeoJango. Please contact us before returning or shipping any product so we can assist in coordinating: support@geojango.com

Exchanges for Custom Orders

We understand that it is easy to make mistakes with customizations, but unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped and received. We aim to ensure that your customizations are correct when we send a proof. Due to the personalized nature of our maps we cannot accept returns, however we may be able to work with you for non-custom maps. Keep in mind shipping fees and a second production fee may be necessary.
